Data we collect

Browsing data (pages visited, clicks, behavior on the site) and technical device information (IP address, browser type, operating system). If you provide contact details such as your name, email address or phone number through any channel linked to this site, that data will also be processed under this notice. In addition, in our capacity as an intermediary agent, we may receive from the insurers we work with (CHUBB Crossborder, Quálitas, or others) data related to the policies you purchase through this site (including name, email, phone, and vehicle and policy details), which will be processed under this notice.

Purposes

The data we collect is used to (i) operate and improve the website; (ii) manage and follow up on quote or contact requests; (iii) comply with the obligations arising from insurance intermediation; (iv) perform statistical and user-behavior analysis; (v) carry out marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting activities, both directly and through digital platforms; (vi) measure, attribute and optimize the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, which may include matching contact data (email address and/or phone number) in encrypted or hashed form against the records of advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok, in order to identify which ads generated interactions or sales; and (vii) any other purpose compatible with the provision of our services.

Use of data for advertising and measurement

In addition to the primary purposes needed to provide our tourist auto-insurance quoting and purchasing services, we may use your personal data for the following secondary purposes related to advertising and measurement, which are NOT necessary for the main service:

• Advertising effectiveness measurement. We may use campaign identifiers, your interactions with our ads, and the outcome of your session (quotes started, purchases made, WhatsApp contact) to evaluate and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Advertising audiences and segmentation. We may build advertising audiences from visitors and customers, as well as lookalike audiences, to show relevant ads to you and to people with similar interests. This includes features such as Customer Match (Google), Custom Audiences (Meta) and their TikTok equivalents.
• Enhanced Conversions. When you request a quote or make a purchase, we may send Google and other advertising platforms an encrypted (SHA-256 hashed) version of your email or phone number, solely to improve the attribution of the sale to the campaign that originated it. This data is transmitted encrypted and does not directly identify you.
• Offline Conversions. We may periodically upload to advertising platforms data about policies actually purchased, associated with the advertising click identifier (gclid, fbclid, ttclid, etc.) generated when you reached our site from an ad. This lets us know which campaigns produce real sales and optimize our advertising spend.

Transfers to third parties

To fulfill the purposes described, we may share your data with third parties, including but not limited to: insurers, digital advertising platforms, web analytics providers, geolocation services, communication tools, and any other technology or commercial service provider needed to operate the business. Transfers to advertising platforms for measurement and attribution purposes (purpose (vi) above) are made in encrypted or hashed form, not in plain text. The third parties with whom we currently share browsing data and/or encrypted data for measurement include:

These transfers are made under each platform's terms of service, which provide protection measures equivalent to those required by the LFPDPPP. Each third party is responsible for its own processing under its own privacy policies, which are independent of this notice. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data rights (ARCO)

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection (known as "ARCO" rights) to the processing of your data at any time by sending a request to Contacto@SeguritoSegurito.Com, via WhatsApp at +52 878 174 0055, or through any other available contact channel. We will address your request within the time frames established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Right to object to advertising purposes

To exercise this right, send an email to Contacto@SeguritoSegurito.Com with the subject "Advertising opt-out" stating your associated email address and/or phone number. We will process your request within a maximum of 20 business days.
